Orchard House Bed and Breakfast

Orchard House is an original hills home cleverly snuggled into the side of the mountain with glorious view of the Yarra Valley. It offers cosy accommodation and romantic, secluded walks in the Edna Walling signature gardens as well as comfortable, yet stylish accommodation in The Garden Studio.

The Garden Studio is a charming, split level suite on the lower floor. It has its own entry, a spa bath, a bathroom (with bath) and even a kitchenette. The queen-size bed on the mezzanine level overlooks a lounge area below. The lounge settee will fold out to accommodate a third person if required. When sitting in the bay window guests are virtually sitting in the garden. The view past an old oak tree takes in the rest of the garden as it cascades down the mountainside. This room also has electric blankets, television, DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary chocolates or home made shortbreads on arrival.

A sumptuous full, English style, cooked breakfast is included.
