Cancellation / Booking Policy
A Minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. A deposit or credit card detail is required for all booking confirmations. If the required notice is not given 100% of the treatment will be charged to the credit card. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment, late arrivals will finish at the allotted time so that the next client is not inconvenienced.
