The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is a 22-square solid pine construction with open plan living and panoramic views of local farmland and native rainforest.  It is centrally located along the world-famous Great Ocean Road, less than 40 minutes from the Twelve Apostles, Cape Otway National Park and the Otway Fly.
