Scenic attractions Great Ocean Road
With spectacular vistas from start to finish, and the famous Twelve Apostles along the way, the Great Ocean Road region has some of the most impressive coastal scenery in Australia.
Head to the lush Otway Ranges between the coast and Colac to walk through the idyllic rainforest scenery of the Great Otway National Park – areas such as Maits Rest and Melba Gully. Take the Turtons Track loop to discover thundering waterfalls, picnic at secluded Lake Elizabeth or visit the Otway Fly to walk through the tree tops.
Further west is the remote and windswept Cape Bridgewater and the beautiful Glenelg River.
