| Bopha Devi in Docklands is a glitzy sibling to the Yarraville original, bringing traditional Cambodian cuisine to Melbourne's lacquered waterfront. This open-fronted restaurant has a lounge feel, sporting squat ottomans gathered around communal tables, glammed up with a gold-fronted bar and spider-web delicate chandeliers. While the space is slick and sophisticated, the restaurant has not lost its roots, with the dishes inspired by the home cooking of chef Chan Uoy's mother.
